These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Ozmon Travel Pty Ltd (ABN 14 636 255 671, ACN 636 255 671) website and our travel booking services. By making an enquiry or booking with us, you agree to these terms.
1. Our Role
Ozmon Travel acts as a booking agent, arranging airline tickets, hotel accommodation, car rental, Mongolia tours and airport transfers on behalf of our customers with third-party airlines and travel service providers. The terms and conditions of the relevant airline, hotel, car rental company or tour operator will apply to your booking in addition to these terms.
2. Bookings & Payment
Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices quoted are subject to change until a booking is confirmed and paid for in full, due to factors such as airline fare changes, exchange rates and third-party pricing.
3. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
Cancellation, change and refund conditions are set by the relevant airline, hotel, car rental provider or tour operator, and may include fees or be non-refundable. We will advise you of the applicable conditions at the time of booking where possible.
4. Travel Documentation
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they hold valid passports, visas, and any other travel documentation required for their journey. We recommend checking entry requirements for your destination well in advance of travel.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we take care in arranging your travel, Ozmon Travel is not liable for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations or default of any third-party airline, hotel, car rental provider or tour operator. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Website Use
This website is provided for the purpose of informing customers about our services and facilitating enquiries. Information on this website is provided in good faith but may be subject to change without notice.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
